Have you ever thought of someone close to you, looked at the phone thinking you should call them, and then the phone rings and to your surprise, it is the person you are thinking about?
Have you ever been talking to someone, when suddenly a thought pops into your head and you know exactly what they are going to say?
Some people think of this as an unexplainable mystery or just a coincidence. Actually, this is the phenomena of telepathy, and we all have telepathic capabilities’ within us, we just have to develop them.

What is Telepathy
Telepathy is known as a direct communication between minds without using any of our known sensory channels or physical interaction.
Records date back to 2000 B.C where, in Egypt there are ancient texts which have been found, documenting how Egyptians used telepathy to communicate with each other through thoughts and dreams.
Also in Greece, there is evidence showing Aristotle recorded and studied his dreams. He concluded they were precognitive.
His studies showed that dreams are passed from one person to another while they are sleeping, as they are more receptive to incoming thought transfer than those who were awake.

This is the ability to be able to see into the future using memories or thoughts of another conscious being.
It is also known as future sight and is a psychic ability that can be developed with practice.
Intuitive telepathy can be described as the internal voice that lets you know, via feelings, how to respond to a particular situation you are dealing with.
This is the transfer of emotions from one person to another. It is more common among people with a strong emotional connection.
Emotions are sent via the communicator and felt by the recipient.
Super Conscious Telepathy
This is the ability to access both the sixth sense for collective wisdom and knowledge to help human beings.
This is where ideas come from.
People able to access this state of mind are able to receive divine guidance.

You can develop the ability to send a loved one a feeling of love using emotive telepathy.
You can use intuitive telepathy as a guidance system throughout your day to day life.
How To Develop Your Telepathic Capabilities Through Meditation
- Close your eyes and sit down in a comfortable position.
- Set the intention in your mind ‘I intend to develop my telepathic skills’.
- Take 10 deep breaths in and out slowly, until you start to feel relaxed.
- Start to visualize your body.
- Start at your feet and slowly travel up through your body imagining your chakras being free, and floating slowly up into the universe.
- As you hover above the world, see your body open up and align with a perfect white light.
- See the light surround your body, and you will start to feel even more relaxed.
- Keep that image of light in your mind, and as you do, allow any thoughts or images that arrive into your mind.
- After about 10 minutes, slowly see your chakras starting to flow down and come back into your body.
- Once you feel all your chakras are back in your body, you can slowly begin to wiggle your feet your fingers and slowly open your eyes.
By doing this meditation regularly, you can develop your telepathic abilities to communicate with people animals, and even nature itself.
Practice Your Telepathic Capabilities
Practice by sending thoughts to your loved ones and animals. You can also practice with a partner or a group of people.
Pick a time and date where you can both sit in the quiet for a few moments, then project thoughts to each other.
Write down the time and what thoughts you received during the quiet time and compare notes when you meet up.
By doing this you are strengthening the telepathic energy and you will find it easier to use.
